Offset Printing lapel pins allow us to create an exact replica of the design or artwork you submit to us for production because they enable it to be printed on the lapel pin surface with one or more color gradients.
The Offset Printing process is great for designs that use actual photographs as a background. Similar to Etched Enamel and Silk Screening lapel pins, Offset Printing pins do not require metal barriers separating each color. This creates unlimited potential for your designs and is ideal for complicated corporate logos.
Because of their intricate and detailed designs, Offset Printing lapel pins require 14 days to manufacture. Each Offset Printing lapel pin is coated with an epoxy dome to protect the printed portion of the pin and that adds an elegant finished look.

The first step to getting custom lapel pins is simply send us your idea. It can be a sketch, photo, or we work from your logos in ai, eps, cdr or pdf formats.
After got your design idea, we will then send back a digital artwork proof. Then we will work with you until get your approval.
We will then start the production process to produce your pins in our factory. The full order will be shipped to you after 5-10 days.
